We don't think we need to replace the sink or any of the drainage, but if it's necessary that's fine. We don't currently have any parts or a replacement tap because we don't want to buy something with compatibility problems. We can buy them ourselves or reimburse you. Budget is for the labour, parts are in addition.

The basin and bath tube in the main bathroom need to regrout the edge (about 3-3.5 meters) against the wall. Please provide a quote.

We are interested to have taps in the 2 bathroom washbasins, kitchen sink, bath tub, and laundry sink change to mixer taps. They are currently in the old style in Hot and Cold two taps, and it's difficult for children to do handwashing. Aside from the sink taps, we also have two traditional shower arms in the bathroom.
