Urgent water leaks from our common and ensuite showers are causing ongoing damage. While we are addressing broader leak issues, this specific task is a crucial preventive measure. We are seeking an experienced handyman or plumber to immediately address the deteriorated grout and caulking on the shower floor (as shown in the attached images). The primary goal for this task is to re-grout the shower floor and re-caulk all joints (floor-to-wall, and shower screen base) to stop further water ingress and prevent additional damage in this area.

Jobs to be done: - change the shower head with possibly a single tap - fix the leakage of a tap - fix the laundry taps or possibly change them I would like to get a quote, so the budget will depend on the quote. Please disregard the budget that I put on the job request.
