Find an experienced plumber in Springvale VIC

I have a couple of small leaks in my kitchen sink- please refer to photos. Sporadic leak from the base of my tap faucet, a slow leak under my sink, on the top shelf (likely from the aforementioned faucet leak)and the bottom shelf, has a leak in the pipe/tubing, where the tightening attachment is. I'd say easy small jobs for someone who knows what they're doing (which is definitely not me). Thank you 🙂

Water leakage coming from certain area in warehouse

Troubleshoot and fix my water pump. It runs every minute or so, and the failure icon is blinking red (see photo). There appears to be some water dripping from one of the pipes, so perhaps there's some sort of leak. Also the valve from the water container seems to be turned off, I'm not sure if this is the right setting. We moved into this house recently and left settings as is.

My toilet has developed a leak where it meets the floor and needs professional repair. The work involves removing the toilet pan, replacing the rubber seal at the base, reinstalling the pan and securing it with screws to the floor, and applying a waterproof seal around the base. This is specifically a base leak issue as the water supply connection is functioning correctly. I'm available during business hours Monday through Friday for access to complete this repair. Looking for an experienced plumber or handyperson who has successfully completed similar toilet repairs. Task price includes labor only with materials to be quoted separately or I can purchase if you provide a list.

I need to replace 1.need to upgraded old laundry vanity to new one in the laundry room, change water tap. 2. Also needs to replaced and install a metal down pipe in front of the property. 3. 3 doors locks needs to be replaced. Please see photos old and new vanity to be replaced also I will provide down pipe, just need to install them. This job needs to be done asap. Thanks

Been having Flush & Inlet valve issues. The water supply weren’t fill in the water after flushed. so we lifted up the lid and use only the flexible hose to bring the water supply refilling of the cistern with water after a flushed. But now the flexible hose is leaked and not working anymore. Need this fixed with replacing parts price quotes included only.

I have leaking shower. One of the water tap inside seat becomes worn out and i used tap reseating tool to grind it and it didn't help. I need to change the whole system.

Replace garden tap washer in front yard Orchard Road, Doreen

The sealant around our shower and bathroom sink has been compromised - wanted this removed and replaced with new sealant. In addition, we have purchased a new toilet seat which we would like to have installed to replace the old one. Looking for general handyman to complete both these tasks. Located in Springvale, VIC. I have attached Builders Inspection report with photos of sealant which needs to be replaced in bathroom.
