Find an experienced plumber in Springvale VIC

We need a general handyman to remove our existing caulking/silicon for shower and sink in the bathroom and replace with a new layer. Please refer to images from Building Inspection report which states that caulking has been compromised (mould). House is in Springvale, VIC

Been having Flush & Inlet valve issues. The water supply weren’t fill in the water after flushed. so we lifted up the lid and use only the flexible hose to bring the water supply refilling of the cistern with water after a flushed. But now the flexible hose is leaked and not working anymore. Need this fixed with replacing parts price quotes included only.

I have leaking shower. One of the water tap inside seat becomes worn out and i used tap reseating tool to grind it and it didn't help. I need to change the whole system.
