Hi there, I’ve got a small leak under my bathroom sink — it’s coming from the top plastic washer area, where the drain pipe goes through the cabinet. It doesn’t leak when the pipe stays still, but it starts dripping if the pipe moves slightly. I think the seal or washer might have loosened when the pipe was pushed. Should be a quick fix — probably just needs resealing or tightening the connection. Please bring basic plumbing tools and some silicone or plumber’s sealant if needed.

Looking for someone to: Remove existing sliding glass shower doors and frame (including bottom rail). Patch/caulk screw holes where the frame was. Install a new shower curtain rail (already purchased). Replace current shower head with a new, taller one (already purchased). I will provide the curtain rail, curtain, and shower head. You will need to bring your own tools and any sealant/caulk for patching holes. Bathroom is tiled, and access is straightforward. Flexible with time, but sooner availability is preferred.

The kitchen drain pipe has been blocked. The sink is ok. It is probably blocked in the pipe underneath the floor of the kitchen.

I have 3 toilet room bidets which need to be installed. There is also a washing machine whose hose needs to be fit in. I have tried to install bidet but I do not have big spanner. I have tried to tighten the inlet for cold water of washing machine still its leaking.

We are looking for a qualified plumber or structural engineer to assess an ongoing water seepage issue at the base of an internal wall in our downstairs area. Ideally, we would like a CCTV camera inspection to be conducted on the sewer pipe as part of the assessment. Issue description: Water (slightly muddy in colour) has been slowly but continuously seeping through the edge of the wall for at least a month. The issue is now accompanied by a worsening urine-like odour. Water appears to be coming from behind the wall and at the slab edge. A CCTV inspection of the stormwater pipe has already been completed, and a dislodged terracotta pipe was repaired by replacing part of the downpipe with a new PVC pipe. However, the seepage issue still persists. Static pressure testing on the main water line passed. We now suspect the cause may be underground water ingress, a foundation-related issue, or a potential sewer pipe leak behind or beneath the wall. We are seeking: An on-site inspection by a licensed plumber experienced with basement or subfloor water leakage, or a structural engineer who can assess whether this is a foundation or structural issue. I need someone to turn off water and unscrew the old filter, I will then do a quick clean of the housing. Then I need you to put the new filter in and screw back on (following the instructions - see pic). Don’t need to be a plumber to do this - just need to be able to put back on firmly so there are no leaks. Should be pretty quick.
