Small leak came through ceiling light, now stopped. Need someone to inspect, identify source (possibly plumbing), and advise on fix. Access may be via ceiling or above room. Please only offer if experienced with water leaks or plumbing.

Little leak between water meter and connection to water main. I think it just needs some tightening and perhaps the weather has shifted a few things. It should’ve take too long.

Hot water pressure at my property is weak throughout all hot taps when we turn the hot tap on , the pressure is okay for a second but then it drops down. The heater is fairly new Date of manufacture is 2021. To me it seems like scalp buildup or ionisation ,but need an expert to look at it. Please provide quotes if you’re interested in the job.
