Just need a leaking toilet cistern fixed (over-flowing into the bowl), and squeaking pipe in the wall behind it (sounds like there's a loose bracket inside the wall). In a fairly modern apartment in Queensberry Street, Carlton. Attached pic shows where the toilet hose meets the wall, this is about where the squeaking sound seems to be coming from.

Install a new hand wash basin in the kitchen

The bathroom water tap is dripping. Possibly due to worn-out seal.

I have purchased a new kitchen tap that needs to be installed.

Either to repair an existing two head cooktop which cannot hold lit, or to install a new cooktop with similar size.

The cistern is constantly running. We have new parts - we just need a plumber who knows how to install them properly.

Fix a Blocked toilet which is bubbling and draining very slowly

Two box gutters are dripping they are brand-new the previous Plumber is retired and not able to fix them. Access is an issue with the roof a very high ladder is needed.

We have a gas hot water storage unit in our house and the hot water pressure has been very low in recent months. It gets better after letting it run for 2-3 mins but overall just not great. This is observed across all showers and even kitchen tap. The hot water unit has not been serviced over 10 years. Cold water pressure has always been low at this house too not sure if this is normal would love to have this looked into if possible.

fridge is not cold but freezer is fine. I tried to turn off for a couple of hours but its still the same.
