We have a gas hot water storage unit in our house and the hot water pressure has been very low in recent months. It gets better after letting it run for 2-3 mins but overall just not great. This is observed across all showers and even kitchen tap. The hot water unit has not been serviced over 10 years. Cold water pressure has always been low at this house too not sure if this is normal would love to have this looked into if possible.
