Our soft close toilet seat lid is not able to be reattached due to one of the holes being closed/blocked by plastic. We removed the toilet seat to clean it using the push button. However when going to put it back on, the pin is not able to go into one of the holes as it is now blocked by black plastic (see pictures). We have tried WD40 and moving the seat around however that has not worked. And there are no screws to undo the seat as it is a closed end. Available Thursday 24th from 12pm, Friday 25th from 1pm or next week.
