Newly built property. The contracting building company is not responding to the claim. 2 of 3 toilets are blocked. Problem is in one of the main drains outside. The drain is flooding into the garden. I called a plumber 2 weeks ago and he wasn't able to unblock it (appears inexperienced). He said to contact the builders. Need this to be addressed asap
