Need to get these 2 activities fixed: The issues are as follows: The shower tap in the ensuite bathroom is not functioning properly. The knob and the spring have come out. One of the exhaust lights in the kitchen is not working.

Pipe is broken in the bathroom sink. No plumbing issues. Just need to fix the pipe into the fixture. Also, a sliding cupboard is broken and is not closing properly.

Bath sink bowl broke. I need it replaced with similar bowl. I am not sure how to measure it as its round. Diameter at top seems 45cm. Height seems to be 17cm but i can do with probably a lil lower. Its white. I dont want the whole vanity replaced, just the sink. I eill pay for the bowl separately. Once i know the cost. The price here is just for replacing and you going and getting the right size for us that fits. Must send pictures of the bowl before purchased or guide us and we will purchase one.
