I need a sink in my ensuit attended to. The sink does not drain properly. Task will involve attending the premisis, identifying the problem and fixing/unclogging the sink. Invoice and video of the sink operational to be provided upon completion of the task.

I want to have a bath installed in a corner section of my bathroom. There is already existing plumbing and drain in the location, but it might require minor adjustments and tiling. From picture below, the sink will need to be removed too and bath would go into that position. Area dimension is 1300mm x 700mm. open to suggestions on what type of bath is possible

Need to repair a slow drip in my shower head. I believe the leak is caused by a worn out o ring or washer on the wall spindle tap. Please see photos attached. Please also allow to clear silicon seal the cover plate once the repair is complete.

Need help to connect a hot water hose & a cold water hose for a new washer, make sure no leakage while the washing machine works

My washing machine requires converters for the hose, a 2.5m laundry hose for it to be able to fit into an oddly shaped bathroom - and plumbers tape to seal the taps. I have all materials, and just need someone with the confidence and skills to shops up and make it work.

Will require new stone bench top approx 1100 x 1200 (which I can organise or you can) plus new sink. I have a plumber lined up to disconnect existing sink and hook up new one. I would think you'd need to look at the job before quoting.
