Connect the water pipe to the drain outlet

Apparently current water tank automatically topping up water from mains. Wamt the tank only to be filled with rain water and service outside taps until it is empty, there aftrr I need a valve to feed the outside taps with mains.

The solder joint has given out on an external water pipe under my house. Need the pipe repaired + a water regulator added (pressure is currently too high). Timber subfloor house on stumps so there plenty of access.

Please help us fix this vanity/cabinet under the bathroom sink. The doors need to fix and also the bottom part.

Re do plumbing under the house for drainage of bath, shower and vanity. Drainage only, access under house for piping.

Just connected fridge to plumbed in water but no water running in fridge, can hear pump running but not running water

We have two broken toilets so will be buying new ones, the old will need to be uninstalled and the new will need to be installed. We also have a bathroom tap that has seized. We’ve tried to replace the washer but it’s stuck so badly none of the regular tricks have worked for us.
