Just connected fridge to plumbed in water but no water running in fridge, can hear pump running but not running water

We have a Samsung 4 door. It’s stopped making ice. We did. It change the filter for a long time and the water pressure was slow for a long time. After changing the filter the pressure was normal but it’s not making ice. Recently I used a hair drying in the freezer and it did make ice once and that’s it.
