Water is leaking from the water supply shut off valve.

Hi, we have just moved into a 2yrs old town house and the water pressure in all taps are very low. As the water flow in all taps are slow. And shower will literally give up if another tap is open. Checked with strata manager this shouldnt be the case Will need a licensed plumber to verify the problem and give me a fix, it could be my stupidity leaving a valve closed or the system requires maintenance

I need a tap cartridge reseated or replaced asap. I was trying to replace the cartridge as tap was leaking. Turned off mains, took cartridge out and went to bunnings. They didn't have stock so had to put cartridge back on again. I obviously did not put it in properly as it exploded out of the tap

To fix the roof leaking spot/s. A thorough check of the roof and clean gutter. Picture No.3 is the spot we sighted the leaking, which is roughly underneath of the roof pipe from picture No.2. Another similar leaking spot founded at home office around the pipe (pic no.4) One outdoor down pipe has water mark on the ground, request check and fix. (Pic no.1) If you are a licensed roof plumber, please send quote with your VBA practitioner number. Toilet is leaking when the water turned on

One of the kitchen taps is loose; need to tighten the screw. Also, one of the bathtub spouts has come off.

Bathroom drain water is flowing very slowly..happens every 6 months.. usually the drain cover needs through cleaning and drain opened with the drain opener. Has taken 30-45 mins for a plumber in the past.
