Find an experienced plumber in Kambah

Plumber/handyman needed. We have an old sink and would like it removed and replaced with new ikea sink with tap - image attached. Advice needed on whether this will work or any other parts required. Toilet flush in the bathroom is not working get stuck. Need a plumber.

Connecting sewerage line from granny unit.

Need to connect toilet and waste water to the main line from container home in the backyard.

Outside drain appears to be blocked. Drain is believed to connected to the kitchen sink. Everytime the kitchen sink is used water and waste exits the outside drain.

Need to replace a mixer tap, two shut-off valves, two pressure limiting valves and other water supply lines heading up to the tap/to the dishwasher. We don't think we need to replace the sink or any of the drainage, but if it's necessary that's fine. We don't currently have any parts or a replacement tap because we don't want to buy something with compatibility problems. We can buy them ourselves or reimburse you. Budget is for the labour, parts are in addition.

Simply regrouting of ensuite shower

I have moved into a house with a home water tank however it doesn’t seem to be working/ connected. I think it’s full but no water coming out of the tap at the bottom. There is also irrigation throughout the property but unsure how to set it up/ get it working again. Looking for someone to troubleshoot and fix.

My grandparents shower in the bathroom has been leaking for a while. We want to change with the new shower and new taps as well, so it's more elderly friendly. The old tap handles are pretty hard to turn for my grandparents. We bought the new shower and taps already, just need somone that could help to install it properly for them. Cheers

Uninstall a toilet bidet spray. Very easy to do. Need to then install it at my new home in Macgregor. It is connected under the toilet seat - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 2 February 2024

3 separate jobs. Budget is now set for a quote not the job itself as it requires inspection prior to quote. 1. Repair flashing around pipe on roof. Possible need to reglue pipe to elbow joint. We think it’s lead flashing. Insurance co says it’s rusted so for us to fix. May need a report if it’s not rusty. 2. CANCEL Repair leaking pipe under house that is spraying water underneath lounge and damaging carpet and floor. Partner crawled under to get photos and there is no leak. 3. Install a stopcock on a pipe so I can shut off water to garden irrigation. Uploading photos today. Need to get a shut off tap as close to the solenoids as possible. Photo shows water intake pipe. Leak is from the solenoids which we will fix but stunned there is no shut off installed already. Pic added. 4. Cap off a no longer needed gas pipe where gas Hob has been replaced by induction hob. Currently only turned off by tap. Would like to cap off so that future home owner has the option to return to gas hob if they wish. Pic added. - Due date: Before Saturday, 10 February 2024
