There is a blocked downpipe which connects roof and a 13,000 storage tank about five metres from the cottge. I suspect tree roots block the pipe.

Need to cap off the gas supply previously used for a cooktop. First two pictures of the current supply. Second, we need hot and cold water pipes to be cut back so we can put a cabinet over it, then install 2 cold water outlets, and one hot water outlet in the cabinet.
