The water meter is not visible next to the tap at front of the house. As per Greater Western Water, it should be between the tap and nature strip. It might have been buried. The area around the tap is wet. Need to locate the meter and adjust it to keep it raised above the ground a bit. Attaching a photo of front tap which should be right next to the water meter.
