The Gas powered water heater tank located outside the house is working and the outlet pipe from that tank that feeds hot water into the house feels hot with hot water in it as it does into the house. But when you on the taps only cold water come out. No hot water coming out of thr hot water taps or thr mixer taps

I believe it just needs the valve inside the concealed cistern adjusted or repaired. I don't think it's a major issue. Job 2 – Loose door handle One of the door handles has come loose. I believe it can be fixed by applying a strong adhesive and reinforcing it with a screw, but you're welcome to use whatever method you think is best for a proper repair.
