Slow water leak under sink

Hot tap in shower leaking with slow drip. No leak from shower head itself or other tap. Only hot tap. Probably needs a new o-ring and should be easy job. Can be done anytime on Tues 12th but MUST be that day. Max budget $200 or less.

There is water leak from the pipe near the base of hot water unit. Possibly needing washer replacement. Accessible via side gate so can be done anytime of the day.

Our kitchen sink is clogging, and the dishwasher is backwashing and not working. This has happened before and was a fat build up. So looking for the issue to be fixed, im hopeful its the same. We have had some improvement since putting draino down.
