Toilet was blocked, now water filling up

I’m going to be an owner builder, planning to do major renovation in new home. Changing floor plan so flipping wet area. Require registered plumber who can provide compliance certificate.

I have laundry unit which is cracked need to replace with new one .Task price includes everything like new unit and labour and parts .

Need a plumber to fix the leakage in toilet bowl and a Tap.

The toilet seal in the back leaks when flushed. Likely need the rubber seal replaced. Need someone to review, advise and fix.

Fix the shower leak at the base of the diverter button where you control water to come out of rain shower or handheld.

We’re having our stone benchtop and undermount sink installed tomorrow and need a qualified plumber to help complete the following after the benchtop: - Reconnect freestanding oven (gas) - Connect dishwasher plumbing - Connect sink and mixer tap plumbing - Cap off 1x gas pipe so it’s behind the wall (photo attached). We’ll handle replastering and the splashback after. Ideally looking for someone who can do this soon. Must be licensed and experienced with kitchen plumbing and gas.

Kitchen tap hot water not coming and water pressure very slow

I would like to have two downpipes installed as described in the pictures. Currently one is blocked and other has a pipe to a water tank. I would like to open the blocked one and install downpipe. The other i would like to add a shutoff or just a plug, and install a new downpipe. There are already drain points below per image. Please quote parts and labour

Need plumber to install an additional commercial spray tap on existing water valves (to be shared with existing handwash mixer). The spray tap is supplied, however will require you to supply the plumbing modifications (2x 15mm tees).

Need to replace basin taps with self closing taps ( budget is tentative )
