Hot water through hot water system not getting too hot only lukewarm water coming although no one turned the water tap on

My pop up sink stopper has stuck. Unable to open . Need to open and replace any parts if necessary. I am at Holt ACT.

Unusual noise comes from water heater in every 15-20 minutes, unsure water leakage . I need a help to fix this issue.

Thanks for reading. Needing a new shower head installed and the existing removed please. I haven’t purchased the new shower head yet, but it won’t be much different to what was there. The rain head on existing has come off, so time for a complete new system. Hopefully minimal disruption to existing tiles. I do have some tiles laying around the house. Also, would like the shampoo dispensers removed as well please

Bathroom sink, one tap leaking. Need a quick job done by someone with the tools and a washer.

I need to remove a seat bidet spray(not with handle) and install into our new home plus add a new one to the 2nd toilet

I’ve just installed a new kitchen sink and looking for someone to connect the existing under sink pipe to the new sink. The sink pipe is 40mm and the existing pipe is 50mm.

I have water leaking from the sink drainage pipes which needs urgent attention (see first photo) and the sink tap is loose and needs tightening. I also have a dripping shower and a dripping washing machine tap that needs new washers.

New Dishwasher installation. Tap input and waste outlet exist but have never been connected. Requires holes through wooden sink-bench partition and drilling out waste plug.

My kitchen tap leak as well as the back pipe on my toilet. I'd like to get those fixed. Thanks :)

I've just noticed after the evap air conditioner dumped water out seems like the downpipe/gutter joint needs to be repaired as water is spilling out around the downpipe joint. Need a handyman to fix this. Please refer to photos. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 12 March 2024

Bathroom sink not draining well Laundry room sink small leak. - Due date: Flexible

Does anyone have experience with leaking washing machines who could come out and take a look at ours? My husband thinks it’s a washer or band that needs replacing but he’s no plumber. Any help that’s affordable would be appreciated. - Due date: Flexible
