Kitchen mixer tap is lose need to be fixed and tighten.

I'll need someone help me replace my basin mixer probably, with Mondella Cadenza 40mm Chrome Swivel Basin Mixer from bunnings

Remove and dispose of existing leaky kitchen sink mixer tap (limited space around sink, see photos). Install new Ikea kitchen sink mixer tap and clear silicone around bench penetration.

Ensuite mixer tap has become unattached and needs replacing/installing. I'll buy it - I just need you to install it properly and silicone edge etc.

Toilet isn’t flushing, assume it might need a flush valve replacement

Need someone to replace 2 x tap washers and fix toilet cistern (constantly running). Will also cover the cost of parts. Note, we’ve tried fixing the tap ourselves but can’t get the tap handle off the flange (stuck/too tight).

Install Cartridge for basin mixer. The tap is not broken, just needs the cartridge installed in it. Seat fixing caps/ pins for toilet seat cover. We have all the parts, just need someone to come in and do the job

Master bedroom toilet bowl blocked
