I would like to replace my double steel kitchen sink with a single one with more depth and modern design, with a water tap for more friendly use.

We have installed a new washing machine for a new house, but the waste water pipe leaks when the tap to the sink is turned on. Need to check if it’s the fastening that is bad or the pipes need replacing. Grateful if fasteners can be brought for the job as well.

I am looking for someone who could do a quick repairing of my Refrigerator. It’s leaking water from the bottom, seems the drain pipe is blocked which need to be cleaned.

Climb on roof to replace split water bleed off/sump dump line on evaporative cooler. The small 6mm poly hose is split. This is not the water supply hose. It is the water discharge line, controlled by a solenoid valve, that allows excess water to be drained to prevent mineral buildup and ensure proper pad wetting. It’s a simple fix, but I am not used to climbing on the roof. The line might not even need replacing, there’s probably enough length to cut it and reattach.

The fridge is leaking water from the bottom occasionally. I think it is due to blockage in the drain pipe.

Shower goes where the toilet is, and toilet goes where the vanity is. Small vanity goes behind the existing door, and door will be converted to outside opening. Need to cut the floor concrete, for new drainage for toilet, shower, and vanity. And in the same trench, need to run hot and cold pipe for shower and new vanity.

Our toilet bowl needs re-coating. The enamel has come off. It's hard to see in the photo because of the blue loo but it's come off most of the bowl.

Ensuite mixer tap has become unattached and needs replacing/installing. I'll buy it - I just need you to install it properly and silicone edge etc.
