I need a qualified plumber to replace the trap under my laundry room sink. The current trap has two appliance inlet stubs — • one has a damaged, deteriorating plug • the other is completely open To avoid future leaks, I prefer the entire P-trap to be replaced. Please bring all required parts and tools. Photos attached.

We would like to replace existing toilet seats in two Caroma toilets with Tudaloo Flow Bidet Seats. Toilet 1 has in-cistern water valve so it needs In-Cistern Kit to connect it to the water supply. The kit connects inside the cistern and routes water down to the Flow inlet. The Inlet Side for both seats are Right Inlet. Leaking water pipe outside, please help. Was trying to change it myself.

Updated with photos. We've got a leak coming from a pipe outdoors at the backyard, which we suspect might be connected to the toilet line. I've tried turning it off but doing so the upstairs toilet wasn't refilling. We need a plumber to investigate the pipes and connections to figure out the source of the leak and fix it. Its not immediately clear whether the leak comes from beneath the concrete or the bottom of the pipe (marked red in photo)
