Hello, the in built plug to our sink is stuck, can you please unplug it

Urgent help needed to fix clogged bathroom sink in 1 bed Air Bnb apartment in East Brisbane before 2pm today.

Want to remove 2 x bide systems (it appears previous owners added them in) and replace 2 x toilet seats. I have not purchased the toilet seats yet but can buy them tonight or pay you to get ones of the right size. The existing ones are too small for the toilet. Replace kitchen sink tap. New tap is already purchased.

I’ve just bought a new washing machine and moved into an apartment. I need to connect the cold water plug however it is in a very difficult spot underneath the adjacent sink and I can’t seem to get the current cap off the cold water off. The place to do it is very small and cramped. Please see images. I just need someone to come tomorrow and connect it for me with the right tools. I have absolutely no tools whatsoever.

Looking to move the tap in the image (and close off the pipe) to the new location in 2nd image. We believe the new location and pipe is water and okay to use.

Partial renovation of 2 bathrooms remove very little tiles around bath floors and skirt water proofing around bath shower combo walls are rendered brick . Remove the old vanity leave all toilets . I will supply all tiles I will organise a plumber to put a new vanity . The units a vacant. I’m after a good job and a good reasonable price possibility for more bathroom renovation after these 2 are completed located east Brisbane 2 units

To remove current vanity basin that is leaking and replace with new one. Use existing tapeware and drainage pipes. Will need to supply new basin to the value of approx $200. No requirement to cut into bench prefer a clean swap. Basin needs to be rectangle shape minimum 500mm x maximum depth 500mm - please discuss. Existing vanity to be stored under house ie not available for resale or to be taken.

Labour required - Need to replace existing toilet with new toilet, dispose of old toilet.
