Install a water filter system under the kitchen sink. Plumbers tape is needed to do the job

I have a rainwater tank with an overflow pipe that goes to a second tank. Where the pipe enters the tank, it is leaking - tried siliconing it but it started leaking again. Need collar/flange and proper plumbing adhesive (not silicone)

Advised by plumber that source of leak at back right shower screen (ie where the toilet is) is leaking shower screen and should look at getting the shower screen resealed.

When the hot water is turned on there is a loud screeching sound that comes from the tap. Also there's an intermittent knocking sound that comes from the hot water unit. Need a licenced plumber to inspect and advise on repairs.

Replace kitchen mixer tap. Tap supplied.

I believe I need a spindle replaced in a single bathroom tap. There is black greasy liquid coming out from the centre of the tap.

Toilet seal connecting to the down pipe is leaking when flushing the toilet.

Possible blocked drain between two toilets. One of the toilets needs two flushes to just bring a bit of toilet paper down. Also when having a shower the closest toilet slightly bubbles.

Our house is around 2 years old having been newly built. We have not had any plumbing issues so far. However in the last few months, the main shower on the main floor is not allowing much water to flow and the shower is essentially dripping and not a consistent stream. The water temperature is also not very hot. I have cleaned the shower head but it didn't help. I would like a licensed plumber to come and have a look and address these issues. Toilet not flushing correctly - Due date: Before Tuesday, 5 December 2023

We have water plumbed to our LG Fridge. We would like to put an external water filter in this connection. The water filter, shown in the pictures, is meant to be used in the external water source pathway. I would like someone, ideally a plumber that has done this many times before, to pop by and put it in for us. Please keep in mind that we will need to replace it every 6 months so connect it up in a way that makes sense. - Due date: Before Monday, 2 October 2023
