Old toilet needs to be removed and I’ve a new one that I believe should just sit where old was, prefer todo with a plumber then me having a crack

Remove and existing kitchen faucet and install a new one, which we have already purchased.

Our gasket in the washing machine has a hole, we have a new gasket just not sure how to install. Unrelated our toilet is blocked and water is rising/unable to flush

Need sink drainage pipe fixed or it is the washing machine drainage pipe. Need it checked and fixed asap as it’s a Airbnb and currently tenanted.

Need shower drain unclogged. Have tried using large 5 metre auger, plunger, drain crystals and shower hose with hot water. It appears to be deep within the plumbing. Bathroom sink draining and toilet flushing are causing water to bubble up into the shower. Shower is 1500mm wide and wall to wall with a centre drain with removable tile insert. Need done tonight (Sat 27th Dec) if possible. See pic for shower before clogged. Happy to also send a pic of shower in current state. Waste water currently sitting stagnant in shower base.

My bathroom tap (first picture) is leaking and needs fixing. I would also like to replace my bidet spray, as the one installed before broke (second and third pictures). I'm flexible about the booking time, but preferably asap. (I already bought the new toilet spray, but the sink may need parts replacement.)

For the dough mixer motor is running but mixer not spinning. We can hear the motor running though.

Pressure washer 400l fridge that has grown lots of mould while being in storage

Need to install x2 wall hung basins, x2 taps, run hot and cold water, install the 25l hottie w Mildred valve. Everything’s within a meter or so and the wall behind. All gear is onsite ready to go. Older smeg dishwasher that’s leaking water when in use

The in wall flush isnt working properly in my toilets. I believe there is air trapped in the tube, or tube needs refitting. Trying to do myself but failing so any assistance to fix this would be appreciated so that both buttons work.

Just moved in to the house and I tried to connect the new washing machine, but the mount tap is leaking, I need someone to help me fix it asap. Photos attached
