Toilet flush is not working. It was fixed, but now it’s giving problems again. It doesn’t stop running.

Dishwasher fixings have come undone so now it’s not stable, still usable but needs to be fixed back into both sides of the kitchen cabinetry. It’s important it’s fixed back cleanly, we had a prior repairman who was careless and drilled one side through to the next compartment leaving an exposed screw.

I dropped an earring down the bathroom sink and tried to remove the pipes below the sink. I just loosened the connection from the bottom of the sink to the pipe. Need some help to seal and tighten that and if possible to remove a pipe to check for the jewellery

Inspect and repair leaking concealed cistern. Toilet is Hansbo brand. Water continually runs after flushing and leaks into toilet bowl. Likely issue with the flush valve seal or inlet valve. Cistern is accessible through the flush plate. Price to include any spare parts, if required.

my shower drips no matter how hard you screw the taps shut. I tried replacing the hot tap but it still drips

Extend toilet flush water pipes (2 toilets) out of the wall about 50mm. Full pipe access from the back of the wall as well.

Need shower drain unclogged. Shower is 1500mm wide and wall to wall with a centre drain with removable tile insert. Need done tonight (Sat 27th Dec) if possible. See pic for shower before clogged.
