Need to install kitchen tap.

Bath tub tap has been leaking for a while and the leaking slowly increasing. Please see picture for reference . Need someone to close/fix the tap.

Bathtub outlet is leaking a small stream of water, water is cold so think it’s the cold water tap. Changed washers and reseated both taps, still leaking. Job is in Brookfield 3338. Need a qualified and licenced plumber for the job.

Change the levers on the basin

When the tap is opened water starts leaking from the tap. It seems the washer needs repairing.

Suspected Blocked Drain Issue Recently, one of the toilets became blocked and required a large amount of water to clear. After this, I noticed unusual behavior in the drainage system — for example, when flushing or using water in one area, other drains (like the wash basin) showed signs of gurgling or bubbling. Additionally, one of the shower drains is still draining very slowly, suggesting there may be a partial blockage or backup in the system. I’m looking for someone who can inspect the drain lines using a CCTV camera or similar method to properly identify any blockages and carry out a thorough cleanup if needed.

I need some work done in the toilets: 1. Install 2 toilet seat covers with bidet. Please check the sizes and buy them for me, as I don’t know which ones to get.

I am purchasing a portable accomodation pod which is already assembled (yet to be delivered). Plumbing has been done in chassis throughout the pod. What I need is for a licensed plumber to connect accomodation pod plumbing pipes (hot/cold water pipe lines and drain point) with the existing plumbing pipes of our house. The pod contains bathroom (shower, WC and sink) and kitchen (sink). Note there is a water and drain point near (~approx 10 metres) from where the pod will be located. I have unblocked half of the pvc pipes under my sink, but think there is still fat in the sbend. I cannot undo the pipes to clear them. I need someone to undo the pipes, unblock them and then do up all pipes checking that the pipes do not leak on completion.
