Bathtub outlet is leaking a small stream of water, water is cold so think it’s the cold water tap. Changed washers and reseated both taps, still leaking. Job is in Brookfield 3338. Need a qualified and licenced plumber for the job.

I am purchasing a portable accomodation pod which is already assembled (yet to be delivered). Plumbing has been done in chassis throughout the pod. What I need is for a licensed plumber to connect accomodation pod plumbing pipes (hot/cold water pipe lines and drain point) with the existing plumbing pipes of our house. The pod contains bathroom (shower, WC and sink) and kitchen (sink). Note there is a water and drain point near (~approx 10 metres) from where the pod will be located. I have unblocked half of the pvc pipes under my sink, but think there is still fat in the sbend. I cannot undo the pipes to clear them. I need someone to undo the pipes, unblock them and then do up all pipes checking that the pipes do not leak on completion.
