Hi I’m looking to replace a toilet seat on the toilet with a normal sized toilet seat.

Fisher and Paykel Dishwasher isn’t draining. Can’t see any issues with drain pipe or sump so need expert to fix

Water keeps running through the bowl so the float needs replacing.

Needing to relocate a tap and install a mixer. Tap to be relocated to the far right of the photo. Tap is currently on the left of the photo

Small leak running under tiles into adjacent bedroom only when shower is turned on. Appears to be worse when shower head is connected to faucet.

just to clear an underground Drain from the back Garden to the street about 30 metres also a couple of Bathroom Washers. After heavy Rain, the water only flows through the Drain slowly but does go.

Shower head needs to be replaced. Already purchased new head, don’t have the correct tools to replace

The water seal on my sink is old and there seems to be water leaking into the cabinet below. I am pretty sure they are made from MDF and the kitchen bench is swollen from taking on water with a crack in it. I am hoping to get someone out to check the pipes for leaks, reseal the sink to avoid further damage and to quote to repair the damaged cabinets. I feel that it will be difficult to give an accurate cost without seeing the damage in person. If you could give a rough indication from images of what might be required then please feel free to do so.

Everything has been exposed, the hole through the retaining wall and any digging will be ready. I am happy to supply the garden tap and tail with single screw outlet if helpful. You will need to supply the poly pipe and fittings. The pipe is from a rainwater tank/pump.
