I've got a clothes hanger that unfolds - this needs to be installed on a laundry room wall. The laundry room wall is tiles so I need someone to drill into tiles and screw this in where there is support to hold it in place. There is also an existing hanging beam that needs to be removed before the hanger can be installed.

We could not close the door properly - it is rubbing the floor. We want to replace the lock as well.
