Looking for an experienced painter or handyman to repair and repaint several small areas on my apartment ceilings where previous light fittings have left circular marks and minor gaps. The work involves: 1. Filling minor gaps and imperfections around existing ceiling light fittings. 2. Light sanding and preparation. 3. Priming where necessary. 4. Painting and blending the repaired areas into the existing white ceilings. There are approximately four areas requiring attention, including one above a stairwell, so appropriate access equipment may be necessary. I’m hoping to achieve a neat, professional finish without repainting entire ceilings if possible. No electrical work is required. Existing electrical fittings must remain accessible. We have six indoor roller blinds across two apartment balcony areas and need assistance repairing three of them. Living Room Balcony – 1 Blind * One roller blind has come off its mounting brackets and needs to be reinstalled. * The beaded pull chain has snapped and needs replacing. * The mounting brackets and clutch mechanism may also need inspection or replacement. * The other two blinds are working correctly. Bedroom Balcony – 2 Blinds * All three roller blinds are installed. * Two are difficult to raise and lower, frequently getting stuck or not rolling smoothly. * We’d like these inspected, adjusted and repaired. What we need: Someone experienced in repairing and installing indoor roller blinds who can: * Reinstall the detached blind. * Supply and fit a replacement beaded chain. * Inspect and replace any faulty brackets or clutch mechanisms if necessary. * Adjust or repair the two sticking blinds so they operate smoothly. I tried to do this myself but worry about the drilling part. Need to install a new handle but retain possibility of reverting back to the old one. I managed to take the original one out, just need help installing the new one.

Firstly, probably a house visit to see the tasks needing doing, then to Bunnings to pick up supplies and return back. Bunnings is a 10 minute drive. Looking for someone experienced with roller blind repairs. The beaded pull chain on my roller blind appears to have shifted/misaligned. The small beads on the chain may have moved out of position or slipped in the clutch/gear mechanism, causing the blind to not operate properly. I believe it may need the chain to be realigned/reset in the roller mechanism, or replaced if necessary. Hi, hoping to get this laundry door repaired. The bottom is scraping on the floor, and the top has come off the rail.
