Find an experienced handyman in Waterloo NSW

Install 2 fly screens in an apartment. The window size is about 90 cm to 140 cm. Need to provide all necessary materials.

I’m trying to hang a painting (2m wide) in my living room. The wall is made from plasterboard, but behind that is another material (I think) which is much more solid - maybe concrete? As suggested, I tried using drywall anchors to hang the painting, but while screwing them in, I suddenly hit the solid section of wall (which I wasn’t aware of before) and the anchors would not go any further. Unsure of what to do, I removed them and drilled a small pilot hole through the solid bit and tried screwing them back in. They went all the way in this time, but (unsurprisingly) they felt loose in the wall and one started spinning when I put a screw in it. So now I’m just left with two fairly big holes in my wall. I would like to find a way to salvage these holes and use them to hang the painting but I’m not sure of the best method / screw / anchor type to do that. Someone suggested using a toggle bolt in the existing hole, but I also can’t find a cavity behind the wall. I’m sure there is one but I’d rather not make a bigger mess looking for it. If you think you can help, please let me know. Ideally, I’d like the work done tomorrow (Tuesday 30th), in the morning or midday latest. Wednesday could work too. Caulking, paint and fill gap for skirting and fix wall damages throughout the apartment including dents and skirting removal damage, repaint of these areas as required

Two small jobs in one: 1) Remove bottom 15cm of 275cm brick wall (loose as seen in pictures) and apply new render. No painting needed. 2) Apply new plaster to 120cm x 90cm area in bedroom where it fell off. Area includes on ceiling light and one edge as pictured. No painting needed Note: budget and scope is both jobs, do not want to separate. Preference is for job to be done after January 8th.

I have bought a tension rod and have extended it to 2m. It is sitting above my front entrance although it can’t fall as it could injure someone. I have some U brackets that I bought from Bunnings to fix to the wall underneath each end but will need someone to do this properly and probably will need anchors as I don’t know if there are beams in the wall. I also need to make sure it’s straight.
