Need help to build a timber or metal frame above door for the 2nd bedroom in a terrace house so I can put gyprock on. I have also strip down the wall next to it. It'd be great if you can tighten/straight it up as well, which shouldn't take too much effort. Please find picture attached for more details. I can supply the wood, and I have limited tools

I need to 4 screws from my wall, patch them and add 3 heavy duty hanging hooks to my concrete wall.

I need help fixing a wardrobe hanger rail that’s come loose or needs reseating. It may require reattaching or reinforcing the rail, possibly with new fittings. Maybe a Quick job for someone experienced with basic repairs.

We have had a leak start in our very old plumbing system under our sink. The system is very DIY (was completed prior to our tenancy), and is honestly a mess. There is an old cast iron pipe that has begun leaking - it's been suggested by a plumber that inspected that this would need to be cut at the section and replaced with PvC. There is also the need to repair leaks in other sections of the PvC piping under the sink and ensure that the hot water piping is correct as they indicated issues with this as well. The arrow on the first couple images points to where the leak is occuring.

One bit of a stair railing has come off, just 3 nails that need screwing in.

We need a handyperson to come in to installtwo long metal circular rails into an existing hanging display system. The job would entail measuring and drilling holes in the existing structure and fitting the rod through. We have a drill and the right size circular bit to drill the holes. You will need a ladder or larger stepladder and likely a laser level or other device to ensure the holes are drilled at the right height to match up with eachother. We imagine it will be a quick job for someone competent and with the right tools.

Sunbeam coffee machine has issues with leaks around the group head and not pouring espresso shots. Shots coming out with very little or no coffee, while parts around the group head and seal leak hot water. From my research it looks like the group head seal may need replacing.

6 x bergshult ikea shelves. 80cm (20cm D). To be installed on a living room wall (have drilled into this wall before). 3 in a row to create one long shelf. The same again above. JBL csma 2120 amplifier One of the outputs not producing bass, hence need someone to check and repair.

There is a fixed shower screen in my bathroom, but the space is quite small and the screen makes it feel even more cramped. I’d like to have it removed as it’s becoming a bit of a problem.

Working with care not to leave marks visible on freshly painted walls, install my bookshelf. This requires affixing 3 upright support frames to the wall. Each frame requires two mounts. Manufacturer says stud mount is not needed as the weight is supported by the leg; this is just to keep upright.
