Hello I would like my dining chair repaired, the chair is a replica DCM chair bought off facebook marketplace and the back joinery/screws seems to be a failure point & the wood back rest has fallen off. My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. So I will need someone to get a ladder and clear the top of the guttering, which has been done a few times. This is a 2 floor townhouse.

There is a fixed shower screen in my bathroom, but the space is quite small and the screen makes it feel even more cramped. I’d like to have it removed as it’s becoming a bit of a problem.
