Hi we have a drip under the kitchen sink that needs fixing. The laundry machine which is adjacent and connected to it is also not working (showing an error) - not sure if this is related to kitchen leak or not but needs fixing also.

I need to have the wall surrounding a fire hydrant repaired. It should only require a small cut-out, but I’m not entirely sure of the extent—so I’d prefer a professional to handle it properly. The job will need a clean finish with colour-matching to blend the repaired section seamlessly with the surrounding wall. NEEDS TO BE DONE TODAY

I don't have approval to bolt it down to my concrete slab so it will just be free standing. I'm fine with that. It's flat pack so just needs setting up. Patching and sandy likely required to achieve final smooth surface My apartment has also had two paint repair work that need repair - one is a small dent and the other is a spot (size about 50mm x 50mm where the paint has peeled off as I accidentally stuck something on it). Measure, supply and install block out blinds on 2 large windows and one large screen door. Also would like to consider adding curtain rods and curtains. Not sure if the budget is reasonable, looking at someone to come in and provide a more accurate quote.
