We need help installing a replacement wall-mounted clothes dryer in our laundry in Moorabbin. We attempted the installation ourselves but haven’t been able to get the timber backing board securely fixed to the wall. The wall has a timber stud on one side and a steel beam on the other. Please refer photos. The backing board has already been cut to size and is ready to install. The job involves: • Securely fixing the timber backing board to the wall, taking into account the timber stud and steel beam • Mounting the dryer securely onto the backing board/wall • Fitting the supplied plastic feet/spacers to the back of the dryer so it sits the correct distance from the wall • Ensuring the dryer is level and safely secured We have the dryer, mounting hardware/backing board and spacers ready to go. Please bring any appropriate fixings/tools required for securing the board to the timber stud/steel beam. Sliding door wheel repair/change

Frame up a rear entrance door (space is 1120 wide). Install rear door (already purchased and on-site Install hardware on door (handle and deadbolt, hinges, purchased). Cladding (or alternative) installed to fill space next to door frame. Raising of concrete floor of 2.5 sqm alcove so that it is ready to be tiled, flush with our wooden kitchen floor. Cut out of concrete on each side of alcove, under existing doors (See photos) Rebuild of 2 steps leading out from door. The concrete floor is around 2.5 sqm with two steps leading down to pavers. The 2 steps will also need redoing to ensure correct riser to code. Ceiling is already done. Expectation that any trim and finishing required is completed so there are no gaps or drafts. My insurance company cut a large hole in my garage ceiling to make it safe after it was damaged by water leaking in. The roof is now fixed and water tight, so I need the plaster repaired inside. The size is around 1.4 m by 3m
