Fly screens or other panels seem to slightly move in higher winds outside bedroom windows causing a bit of noise. Looking to get all of this secure to prevent the noise in southerly’s. Will need ladder to get onto second floor area to complete.

A glass shower screen was removed from a bath shower combo. The glass panel sit atop the rim of the bath. It needs to be reinstalled. Including replacing the silicone sealant. I still have the brackets that held the glass panel to the wall. (Last picture is a picture of the glass panel)

The door will not shut. I suspect that the hinges are not positioned properly. The door knob is also pretty funky now. There is a hardware store just down the road, so we can easily grab a fresh door knob if need be. Job will suit someone who can fix anything and everything. Not just replacing a door knob, but lining up the door, or even shaving the edges of it a bit to make it fit, or maybe we even need a new door, who knows? But I need it fixed. I'll pay $400 flat rate, plus cover additional materials like the door knob if need be. If you manage to fix it in five minutes flat, well it's an easy $400. BYO tools. BTW it's a normal door, like a bedroom door. But it's a self-contained room within a storage locker at a storage centre.

I purchased recess fit double roller blinds from DIY blinds but the original airtasker I had do the install ran into an issue with hitting a thick metal lintel in the frame and he wasn't equipped to handle.
