Install 2 shower rails - drill into shower tiles. Remove disabled hand rails x3 in bathroom, patch screw holes in tiles. Remove x2 towel rails, patch holes, reinstall to new location. Remove toilet roll holder, patch holes, reinstall in new location. Remove handheld shower head holder, patch holes. Screw x4 robe hooks into bathroom doors. To be confirmed - remove shelf in vanity cupboard (need to disconnect waste pipe first) and replace with new melamine shelf (need to cut hole and then reconnect waste pipe).

A bit of an unconventional task. I’m a renter, so I can’t have a proper AC set up. My only solution is a portable AC. I’m not a crafty or handy person, but I also don’t want flimsy cardboard boxes against my window. I need help executing the idea attached in the photos. Ideally for two windows. Likely need a custom solution to perfectly fit the measurements of the awning windows. The job will involve closing off part of a large awning window with a suitable board/panel and cutting a hole to suit the exhaust hose, ensuring a neat look. The sides of the awning window will also need to be sealed. You must supply all tools, materials and fittings required and be confident working with non-standard window setups. Remove old fan and control. Install AC fan with led light also wall control. Check wiring and replace if required. Issue safety compliance paperwork. Must have current liscence. Pictures 2 current. 1 new fan box.

Install 2 ceiling fans. Electrical are in place. These fans will replace existing lights.
