Very tall bedroom window (4m) requires weather stripping as cold air is coming in. Currently renting so would like cost effective and non damaging solution.

Front door needs flyscreen installed. Flyscreen and spline provided. Don't have a drill though if you want to remove the frame.I live in a ground floor apartment and the door faces a quiet street. No stairs. Not in a rush, we can work out the best time.

The revile coffee machine we have has an issue with the grinding feature and is not working, it creates a high pitched noise instead of grinding coffee and producing ground coffee.

My mini projector was working fine, but suddenly the screen went black while playing. I tried restarting it three times. Each time, the fan was running, and the projector briefly flashed at startup, but then the screen stayed black. I checked online and it seems the issue might be with the light engine or optical component.

We have a three column wall mounted shelving unit installed a few months ago. A couple of screws in the middle brackets started to come lose and the shelves started to sag. Need a tradie with expertise in this area to reinstall the middle brackets.The walls have concrete behind them. Need someone urgently today.

Handyperson needed for tenanted property for a few issues. 1.Sliding door apparently not sliding ( needs mechanism replacement I guess) 2. leaking water coming from window - unsure but assume its a window seal issue Painting also if you can do this but not urgent. happy to negotiate but need to be done to a high standard. thanks

Issue: My air conditioner is either leaking, or causing some condensation / moisture to pool around a nearby vent. This is causing a small pool of water to appear on the floor from the vent next to the fridge as shown in the photo. The paint around the vent is also showing signs of pooling, too. Quote: I want someone to: 1. Give me an assessment / diagnosis on the issue. Aim is to determine if it's a leak, condensation, or similar. From there, depending on the issue: 2A. If a leak: Fix the leak 2B. If condensation: Install a barrier or some sort of material in the ceiling to stop the condensation. 3. Touch up the paint around the vent to remove the discolouring Access: As you can see in the photos, the vent is up high on the ceiling, approx 3.5M high. So access via a tall ladder is critical. Expertise: I am looking for someone certified in air conditioner units or similar to complete this task.

5 handyman tasks 1. Fix leaking shower head 2. Attach a bookcase and chest of drawers to the wall. Child proofing. I don’t have the brackets to do this. 3. Hang a large painting on the wall. The area is over some stairs so it is tricky to get a stable footing . a ladder will be needed. Maybe a second person stabilise the ladder 4. Our dishwasher is coming loose of the dishwasher space in the kitchen bench. The whole unit tips forward when you open the door. It needs to be reattached in space. 5. Carry a very heavy pot plant down the stairs out to the garden.

Replace a light with a DC ceiling fan with light in living room.

Need someone to come patch some holes in gyprock in the ceiling from removed lights so painters can finish their work. See photos.

Hello, I need a few random items done completed around my apartment: I need one leg of a dresser fixed. A couple of new and larger screws will likely be required that I don’t have. I have two new hooks that need to be installed onto the back of two doors. This will require a drill, but should be simple. I have all the required parts. Unscrew an extremely tight laundry/washing machine fixture so that I can clean out the hose. Then reattach. And I also need to borrow a ladder at the same time so that I can hang some curtains myself. I just don’t have access to a ladder at the moment. Thank you! Reagan.

Hi, we have a very noisey ceiling fan. Could need some oiling with the bearings but we’re unsure why it’s making so much noise on every setting. If we can’t fix this we’ll need to replace it on or before Saturday. Would prefer some who has had experience in this area.
