Needing someone to fill/patch, fix and paint hole in my door.

Built in wardrobe in an older-style house / rod for hanging has been broken & damaged and needs replacing. Will need the tasker to provide the rod and install. Wardrobe is 1600mm wide. A measure & quote prior is requested.

-Need wallpaper thats peeling back re stuck, (some up quite high) and a timber end trim fitted to one wall. -2 plaster walls with holes ( 900mm x 450mm and approx 500mm x 500 mm) one is up high on wall but can be reached easily from mezzanine, the other is at chest height. Also small hole in ceiling in bedroom to be fixed ( next to installed ceiling fan.) - 2 sets of vertical blinds to be removed, also up high. Happy to negotiate a price and there may be some other painting/small fix jobs you may want?

Tiling work has recently been completed in my bathroom and I need assistance installing a Bath Screen Kit (see attached image from Highgrove Bathroom). I have this kit and the parts here ready. There is, a timber beam intentionally installed behind the tiles in the right place - in anticipation of this glass going in. I also have a few small pieces to be installed; toilet roll holder and two towel hooks, removing old towel rail. Work could be completed in 1.5 hours or less I expect - just need the right tools to be done properly drilling in to tile and beam. Availability: Today is most preferable to come any time from now Thursday - after 6pm Friday - after 1pm Thank you

Will need quote regarding replacement of door handles/cupboard handles, fix light fixture, replacing shower sliding door handle, plastering hole, possible paint job in some rooms, fix leaking tap in laundry, replace rusted hand rail. Happy to pay for supplies from Bunnings, just provide the receipts. This is an old style unit.

VJ panel walls installed before we purchased house. At the joins is cracking and splitting, have tried selleys no more gaps but a week later cracks again, the boards aren’t properly fixed to the plaster or noggin at join which is causing movement and making join visible. 6 x joins need to be fixed to the wall

I have 3 blinds that are not locking into place when pulling the cord. These blinds need repairing
