The shower screen dooring is a multi-panel sliding door on rollers that have broken and need replacing.

Install curtain rod on bedroom windows. You will need to source materials (could be ikea?) which we can cover costs of. Bent window so need 2 different sections - see photos.

Fix sliding door in outside laundry room- it has become stuck in the middle and won’t close. Please see our other jobs listed as they can hopefully be all done together!

Supply and install bolt lock for wooden side gate. We already have one on one side but we need another on the opposite side too. Require someone to install a swing to a ceiling on my patio (gyprock). Installation instructions specifies to “use a stud finder to locate the wooden beam. You will need to screw through the ceiling, into the beam”. All materials provided.

Install ~12m of cornice in a bathroom. Ceiling has been prepared. We have the cornice and it’s primed. Must have experience doing several of these jobs. Must leave no mess or waste.

I have purchased a ceiling fan and need it installed in a living room. There is no hole where I want the fan to go, but there should be power available, as there are 4 spotlights about 1m away

There are 3 rips in our rental carpet that need repairing. We have carpet in the cupboard but if that is needed for the repairs we would just need to replace it with something similar.

2 blinds from DIY blinds need to be put up. Will need a drill with drill heads. Unsure if it’s going into timber studs or masonry (bricks on external of building). One is a small window in the study and should be quite simple. The other is a large window for the balcony doors (3m in length and 3m in height) so will need a ladder and possibly someone to help put it up.
