Find an experienced handyman in Marrickville South

I'm looking to have a licensed electrician replace 2 ceiling fans and 1 window exhaust fan at a small terrace in Marrickville. I have purchased the hardware and it is available at the property. The exhaust fan is the same model as the existing one. Would also like the old fans removed from the site. 1 x Clipsal 7005AN (150MM Exhaust Fan Window) 2 x Martec DLS134W (1300MM 4Blade Celing Fan)

Remove original kitchen mixer install new sink mixer to replace old mixer

Hang an internal door. Door is too tall for doorway (approx. 2cm) so needs to be power sawed. Door hinges also on the wrong side of door so need to be switched to other side. Note: pics show door upside down (so hinges look to be on the correct side).

We need some gyprock walls and door frames installed. The yellow highlight is the new walls that need to be installed

We have a 2 panel sliding glass door that needs a doggy door installed on one of the panels. I have a photo of the glass markings and apparently it’s tempered safety glass. Repair hinge on bar cabinet

I have purchased a ceiling fan and need it installed in a living room. There is no hole where I want the fan to go, but there should be power available, as there are 4 spotlights about 1m away

There are 3 rips in our rental carpet that need repairing. We have carpet in the cupboard but if that is needed for the repairs we would just need to replace it with something similar.

2 blinds from DIY blinds need to be put up. Will need a drill with drill heads. Unsure if it’s going into timber studs or masonry (bricks on external of building). One is a small window in the study and should be quite simple. The other is a large window for the balcony doors (3m in length and 3m in height) so will need a ladder and possibly someone to help put it up.

I need two ikea skadis pegboards installed side by side above my home office. I already have the pegboards, dimensions are 76x56. Because there is a electrical outlet, I'd need you to elevate them (maybe put some wood between the skadis screw system and the wall), so they cover the plug.

There are two power switches in the kitchen that need tending too. One of the switches is a bit wobbly but still functional. The other switch keeps flicking up when pushed down - this has happened before and we usually need to get a sparky in to fix it (even after switching off all appliances and turning them back on). We also have a ceiling fan that has started making a buzzing / rattling sound. Looking for this to be fixed as well.

Bifold kitchen door that’s jamming and needs maintenance

I want to get a curtain rod installed in my apartment. However, the walls are concrete, so I don't feel confident doing it myself. I want the Tasker to provide the right hooks/screws/bracket and/or whatever is needed to install the curtain rod, with the right tools for concrete walls. Must have installed curtain rods in concrete walls before, and must be confident you can do so without causing any damage. Thanks!
