Find an experienced handyman in Marrickville South

Currently the fly screens can be pushed from inside and pop out. This is a concern for pets if the windows are open when I am out. They need to be attached to the frame. There are 6 and this job can be done at any time as the work is exterior to the building and on the ground floor. They are currently fixed in the middle but need additional attachments at the top and bottom.

The keeper has already been installed and I have attempted the handle installation myself, however the part circled in red in this picture needs to be cut with a special tool which I do not have. Therefore, I require someone who has the needed tool and also complete the handle installation please. Thank you in advance.

A couple rivets in the door hinge have come loose from the metal frame and need to be replaced. I am moving out a rented property and those no nail sticky things have pulled a bit plaster off the wall. Needed it filled in before we move. I have used hand as size gauge

We have a backlit brand sign, mounted on a board (similar to as seen on picture one). We need it secured to the slatwall in the shop. There is a standard electrical cable that will need to be run along the top of the slatwall, down the black column to the right, to a powerpoint. This should be as unobstrusive as possible. All wiring (seen in picture 3) should be hidden from view behind the sign. Will need brackets or similar. The transformer needs to be hidden also.

The door handle on the door to the garage fell off, and the door is now stuck shut. The door was difficult to open, it felt tight around the frame. I need a new door handle and preferably someone who can help make the door easier to open once repaired. Thanks
