Need a handyman to install La Luna pet door so it locks to the latch

My Samsung Activ Dual Wash (Model WA11M8700GW/SA) is not filling with cold water. The hot water works perfectly fine, but when a cold cycle is selected, no water enters the drum. I need to remove an existing non-locking bedroom door handle and install a new keyed entry doorknob/lever.

Need to replace dog flap, the closest size available is bigger than our previous one. Will need to cut about 20-30mm more into the door in order for this to fit. Have the new dog flap door ready to go

The dogs have scratched at the drywall where the doors to outside are. The front door will get away with just a spakfilla and a coat of paint although the wall next to sliding door has deep gouges and will take a bit more to repair, may still be able to sand it back and replaster it before painting it. Please include for painting too please.
