Find an experienced handyman in Highett

I need help with a couple of maintenance jobs in my apartment. I have two cord hooks that need to be installed, see photos. I have speaker wire in my ceiling that I need removed. Lastly, I need the metal piece that goes on the lock on the front door attached.

Looking for an experienced handyman to complete a few maintenance jobs at our home in Highett. Jobs include: * Fix/secure 4 loose toilet seats * Fix/secure 1 toilet roll holder * Check and fix a small leak at the washing machine hose/tap connection – may just require a new washer or fitting * Install a large Hakuna Pets doggy door into an external door – doggy door already purchased Photos attached for reference. Happy to cover the cost of any small parts/fittings required. Ideally looking for someone experienced in general household maintenance who can complete everything in one visit.

I have a broken door and door frame that needs fixing.

Single Hung Sash Windows - timber window frames (approx 10) very hard to open and to move vertically up and down.

Need rollerblinds and sheer s fold curtain and tracks installed on 4 windows.

Have high ceilings and require brackets installed (x3) for curtain rod to be hung. Need a handyman to install La Luna pet door so it locks to the latch

My Samsung Activ Dual Wash (Model WA11M8700GW/SA) is not filling with cold water. The hot water works perfectly fine, but when a cold cycle is selected, no water enters the drum. I need to remove an existing non-locking bedroom door handle and install a new keyed entry doorknob/lever.

(1) Please install a combination door lock on my shed door. (Lock is already supplied). Normal wooden door.
