We need a manhole installed into our ceiling. It's an older house in the front where the manhole has to go. Think the ceiling is plaster. Quote needs to include all materials and installation and painting. We also need someone who knows where the best place for that manhole might be to access the whole ceiling. It's a double story house but the second story was added later and assume that's when the original manhole disappeared.
