The space currently has no door or frame — it's an open brick nook under a concrete slab, so the track will need to be fixed to the underside of the slab with a bottom guide track set into the concrete floor. Open to suggestions on the best way to approach this — if there's a better solution than sliding doors for securing this space, I'm happy to hear it. Scope of work: Supply and install sliding door(s), or an alternative solution if you have a better suggestion, with surface-mounted overhead track (fixed to underside of concrete slab) and floor guide. Door(s) must include a secure locking mechanism (padlock hasp, key lock, or similar) suitable for outdoor storage security. Fit handles and hardware and any required trims or stops. Anchor track securely into brick/concrete as needed. Details: Location — outdoor brick alcove/storage nook under a covered concrete slab (carport area). Exact measurements can be confirmed on site visit. No existing door frame, open brick opening. Supply plus install — happy for tradesperson to recommend suitable secure, weather-resistant door and locking options, and open to ideas on the best overall approach. Requirements: Own tools and transport. Experience installing sliding doors or similar secure storage solutions, ideally with outdoor or semi-outdoor installs. We have a kohler toilet that is running. I think that the seal needs to be replaced. We have an internal bathroom sliding door that is not sliding very well. I think that it has come off its tracks, which may need to be adjusted. There is an old balcony door that it is not latching properly. Adding a simple latch may fix it, but it may also need a longer bolt. As I'm pretty sure that the toilet is a simply fix, I'd really like to find some one to do all three jobs. Airtasker always asks me to estimate the price, but I am asking for quotes to find out what it will cost, because I don't know. Please treat the estimate that I have given with a grain of salt.
