Also to create a hole at the bottom of the wall cabinet so we can feed through our electric toothbrush chargers. When the frame of a BIR was removed from a room the wall and ceiling was damaged and there is a missing piece of skirting. Needs small piece of skirting inserted. Wall and ceiling repaired and painted. Replace three door handles. Door handles provided.

Front and rear outdoor wooden deck maintenance. Also a small deck in lightwell Rear deck needs gaps between boards made bigger. One slat replaced and all sanded. Front deck needs sanding Lightwell deck needs gaps made larger and sanding

Objective is to allow domestic cat access in to a storage room from the bottom of the stairwell which connects the garage in to the house. 1. Remove current internal door between garage and storage room (the one on the right in the photos) from frame 2. Build new door frame flush with the current door between garage and house(the one on the left) and a new small false ceiling over the newly created space. 3.Rehang the door removed in step 1 on the new door frame. 4. Cut out a cat door in the stud wall between the 2 doors.

I have a window which doesn’t close properly. The window can close shut but it leaves a gap on the top part. I don’t know if the problem is within the hinges as when it’s open you can push it up so it might be lower than it needs to be. I tried contacting the manufacturer which is “REHAU” but the company doesn’t exist anymore. Please let me know what the problem could be and if it’s possibile to fix without changing the whole window. Thank you

I have a bedroom door that has the handle broken. I have the pieces so maybe able to be repaired or replaced. Door also needs planing to prevent this reoccurring.

The photo shows the location of gutter repair needed - just the bracket that has come loose so water is flowing into the neighbours courtyard rather than into the drain. Would require a large extension ladder.
