Keen to have my floorboards vacuumed, mopped, and polished, and in particular — need help with some strong carpet tape residue left on the timber. We’ve removed most of the actual tape, but there’s still a fair bit of stubborn sticky residue left that’s proving tricky to remove. Looking for someone with experience in floor cleaning and gentle adhesive removal who can get the boards looking clean again without damaging the varnish or timber. Ideally you’ll bring your own supplies (e.g. mop, polish, adhesive remover, scraper, cloths, etc.). I have a vacuum for use. Second floor apartment with concrete flooring. Walk-up, no elevator. Need someone who has a small machine that can be taken up one flight of stairs. See image for floorplan size - all this area is concrete. Second photo is 5 years ago and gives example of style of concrete. Since this photo, the concrete in areas has become porous and a number of marks on the floor (some from water).
