We are moving into our new place which has a bit of water damage to the floorboards. Some have rotted through. We need a small area repaired with matching floorboards and then the whole place sanded and refinished with a water based finish in a light satin or matte colour to reduce the orangeness and shine of the flooring. We dont need the black staining repaired, just the rotten boards in the first image. We need this completed between the 15th and 19th of December.

A stain on polished hardwood floor needs to be removed. The stain happened due to indoor pots water being stuck at the bottom. This is a rental property.
