We are moving into our new place which has a bit of water damage to the floorboards. Some have rotted through. We need a small area repaired with matching floorboards and then the whole place sanded and refinished with a water based finish in a light satin or matte colour to reduce the orangeness and shine of the flooring. We dont need the black staining repaired, just the rotten boards in the first image. We need this completed between the 15th and 19th of December.

Job Specs: Lay 2mm underlay Install Boards ( PVA glue between boards) Re Install skirting boards. Room Size: 3.3m x 3.5m ( approx 11.55 m2) Subfloor is wood. Note: room is currently undergoing restoration work due to rising damp. The room use to be carpeted however we have decided to use floating floorboards to match the rest on the house. A stain on polished hardwood floor needs to be removed. The stain happened due to indoor pots water being stuck at the bottom. This is a rental property.
