Replace 2 electrical wall sockets

Device cools most the time but sometimes only pumps hot air. Wondering if it’s a pressure issue (maybe needs a recharge?) again it works produces cold air but sometimes reverts to hot air only. When I reboot it i can usually get it to pump cold air. No error codes or anything displayed. Parking available right out front you can come anytime of day.

There was a power outage in the area, and after power came back, some power outlets in the house stopped working. I checked the switchboard and noticed that when I turn on the breaker for the outlets, the RCD (residual current device) trips immediately. If I leave the outlets’ breaker off, the RCD stays on. I have already unplugged all devices from the outlets, but the issue persists. I need a licensed electrician to inspect and fix the issue — it could be a faulty outlet, water ingress, or wiring issue.

We need to replace an existing bathroom vent fan as it’s old and making loud noise when it’s on;, you should be a licensed electrician. Will need to troubleshoot our existing fan to see if we can repair the existing exhaust fan motor, or replace the unit entirely.

I have two bathrooms, each with an exhaust fan. The exhaust fan is currently connected directly to a wall switch in each bathroom. I have two shelly relays and need them to be installed in each bathroom to control the exhaust fans. I will need a licensed electrician to complete the job.

The hardwired smoke alarm in our granny flat (located in hallway outside bathroom) often goes off when someone is having a shower either due to the bathroom heat lamp which is nearby, or steam (unsure of exact cause). It also sometimes momentarily goes off when someone even flicks the switch in the bathroom to turn the light on. Hoping if we replace it with a new smoke alarm that will fix the problem.
