I have a temperature controller fitted inside a plastic box that contains a 240 V relay used to start a spa pump that pushes water through a heat exchange unit to heat the water in a tank where the controller thermostat senses and thus controls the temperature. See pics of the front of my terrace. The electrical wiring, nbn box, plumbing, and even the wooden electricity pole are just a mess. I’m not sure where to start, but I need it all tidied up. Probably a good job for a builder with a couple trades spare for a day or two. If I get a good quote I’ll book it in. Ideally what I want is - 1. Smaller electricity box, somewhere far less visible 2. NBN box moved far lower 3. All electricity wires to run up corner, be put into a cleaner casing 4. All redundant electricity wires to be identified/removed 5. Plumbing to be tidied up, all run along the corner (can they be cased together with electricity?) 6. The black pole to the left (night shot) goes up about a metre or so and has the electricity line connected to it. I don’t want to replace this at the moment, but if possible, I wanted it bolted a bit higher, with the bottom bolt removed and the pole shortened at the bottom so it doesn’t take up so much space 7. Need a plastic section of light fitting fixed so I can put in a bayonet light bulb so I can see the toilet!! It is just the one half of the bayonet fitting. I could sticky tape it but would rather a long-term, proper solution after previous person buggered it. Now people can't really see when they have a pee! There's only so many carrots you can eat. I need a wire extended in the backyard (see pic below) and a wire extended in the house (pic also attached) Outside wire is under the deck.
