The fitting is approximately 4 metres high (floor to ceiling), so you’ll need to bring your own suitable access equipment to reach it safely (for example, a high ladder or a scaffold system). Any ladder/scaffold must be able to fit in the building lift and be set up inside the apartment. We’ve already purchased the replacement pendant and it is ready to install. The job is to remove the existing pendant and install the new one, ensuring it is secure, level, and working correctly. Thanks!

Terrace house has power points stop working today, all fuses seem to still be on. Just need it checked and perhaps fuse needs to be replaced?

I need a licensed electrician to connect a dimmer. I have the dimmer and the switch plate. I also need a lamp rewired and tested. I don’t have the lead and plug needed for the lamp and can either source myself or it can be supplied by the tasker.
