My washing machine has stopped working After loading clothes into the washer and turning it on after a few minutes it just stopped completely and no lights on the screen it’s doing nothing even after turning off and back on Waters still in the drum and I was able to open the door and get the clothes out Happy to pay more if this issue is able to be resolved on the inspection of it

Electrolux fridge freezer, 10 years old freezer unit is top, icy crystals inside around freezer inside door and the freezer wall feels wet, I’ve turned off for 24 hours and cleaned gaskets ( they look fine) smeared Vaseline around the gasket, it’s improved but not fixed.
Probably the best experience I’ve had using this service, amazing and knowledgeable technician
