My oven won't stay lit - suspect it's a sensor issue

Need some remedial works done to gas line and fittings following rental property gas compliance check. The works that need done: - locate and fix gas line leak + pressure test - supply & fit new copper gas connection coupling with gas flexi hose assembly for freestanding stovetop - installation of chain to fix stovetop to wall - supply & fit new/alter existing PTR Valve drain fitting line to hot water heater This is for a single storey rental property. It has subfloor access. It will require certificate of completion and for works to be done to code. Have attached some photos of what needs completing, from the report. I know it might be difficult to give an exact quote for the gas check, so can provide hourly rate etc. Thanks, Anthony
