The door has fallen off of the hinge

I need someone to repair a uPVC entrance door in Ilford. The door does not lock when closed. When the door is open, the handle lifts and the key turns fully, so the lock works. The door has dropped because the top hinge is broken. It catches at the bottom when closing, and the locking points no longer line up with the frame. I am looking for a repair only and not looking to replace the whole door. The job is to repair or replace the broken top hinge, check and adjust the other hinges, realign the door, adjust the keeps if needed, and get the door locking properly again. Please only respond if you have experience repairing uPVC doors, hinges and multipoint locking systems. Parts to be agreed separately if needed. Photos attached.

I need help with a few repair jobs at my property. Jobs required: Stair handrail repair The stair handrail has come loose from the wall. Some brackets/fixings appear to have pulled out and there is some plaster damage around the fixing points. I need the rail securely refixed, ideally into solid support/studs or with suitable heavy-duty wall plugs/anchors. Minor plaster filling around the damaged areas would also be helpful. Front door adjustment / balancing The front door currently needs pressure to close properly. It may need hinge adjustment, alignment, shaving/planing slightly, or adjustment to the latch/strike plate so it closes smoothly. Front door lock replacement I would like the front door lock replaced. Please advise what lock is suitable, or bring/supply a suitable replacement if possible. Happy to pay separately for parts. Please bring your own tools and suitable fixings. I have attached photos of the handrail/wall area and the front door. I would prefer one person who can complete all tasks in one visit. Please only respond if you have experience with stair handrail fixing, door alignment, and lock replacement. Looking for a secure and tidy finish, not a temporary repair please.

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

My suspended glass bathroom door has slipped down in it's bracket on one side. I need someone with experience to reset it. As the photos show there is only a small access space. This glass cannot be reset by tightening the nuts at top - I have already tried this.
