I’m looking for a qualified professional to visit my property and check whether my door meets the requirements of a fire door. The task involves inspecting the door and confirming if it is a certified fire door (or advising if it is not). 6 self closing fire doors fitted with chains that have stopped self closing. One of them has a new overhead self closing system but still doesn’t self close. I think the tenants have been propping the doors open so the tension has loosened. I’d like to fit overhead door closers on all of the other five doors and the one on the 6th door needs looking at and fixing. Price is to take care of all doors to completion. Hi, I am the owner of this property, its empty currently. I would like you to adjust 5 fire door please. I cant shut the door properly, everytime i have to push the door hard, some need shaving and some require some movement left to right or right to left, there are enough gap for you to move the door in between the door frame. Intumescent strips on the main door of the flat has gotten damage and needs replacement. It seems to be of 10 mm width and is a twin Intumescent strip. Someone needs to order it and bring it to work, or guide me on what to order and where from. The job itself is simple and will take less than 1 hour

Fire door strip needs to be fixed on door

I have 3 hinges that simply need attaching to door & frame. One of he doors has a broken hinge attached that will need removing.

Date is flexible but need to arrange with my lodger. Repair fire door FS30S currently identified a gap of 6mm bottom, need to meet the 3mm requirements. I found out this can be done by either apply fire door seal, a lowline threshold or drop down seal whichever is applicable. I need a copy of invoice as proof of repair together with photos. Preferable someone with fire door certificate e.g. FDIS or equivalent.

Hang 4 doors with handles , 3 are fire

We would like five internal doors and one fire door fitted. We would want someone to come and visit our flat to take measurements and check condition of the door frames. On your advise we would order the doors and take the job forward. we also have free parking available.

1. Convert small arch entrance in kitchen into square finish to fit the fire door. Timber, plasterboard and plaster. 2. FD30 fire door to be fitted with door frame, 3x fire hinges, fire strips and closure hinge, architrave. 3. All woodwork to be gloss white painted.
