Frame must be warped in some way and the lock needs replacing

It’s a uPVC casement window where the friction hinge got twisted when the wind blew it open. The sash won’t close back into the frame properly. the hinges are still in the track, but they look bent or misaligned. The handle mechanism seems fine, but the window won’t sit flush so it can’t be locked. I think the hinge set needs realigning or replacing

Need somebody with correct expertise to repair a few issues with our bifold doors. Including - one door where the seal has come away and needs replacing (and needs the wooden beading put back), filling in a large chip in the wood and painting it, and checking / servicing the locking mechanism as it is not smooth.

Install ring doorbell into my home

Need 7 door handles and mechanisms installed. Half are bare fire door with just a hole in, the rest would be to replace existing handles and mechanisms so they all match

MUST BE LOCAL !! The sliding door on the wardrobe is jammed due to poor installation. Possibly needs to be dismantled and applied again or removed if not possible. Please contact if local, I will not pay for travel costs as it should be an easy task
