Nest Doorbell : Chime Stopped Working

I have a wired Nest doorbell, that is synced to a Honeywell chime via a bell transformer. I believe the chime is this model: https://livewell.honeywellhome.com/en/doorbells/dw915sg/ When the doorbell was first installed (around 2 years ago) the chime worked when the Nest doorbell was rung. We then packed it away as we have young kids (who did play with it on occasion). Since unpacking and trying to use it again, it no longer syncs with Nest. The Honeywell chime is working as is Nest. Just not together. I’m not sure if the bell transformer has gone or if something inside the chime has broken to stop the syncing happening. Looking for an electrician to investigate and resolve. Date and time to complete is flexible. Thanks E’
