Front door has dropped needs realigning

I am seeking a qualified and experienced person to carry out the formation of a new internal doorway and installation of a compliant fire door. Scope of Works: - Alter and widen an existing internal archway to form a suitable door opening - Form new opening and install door lining/frame - Allow for relocation of adjacent light switch if necessary - Make good all disturbed areas, including plasterboard and finishes - Supply and install a certified FD30 fire door set (door, frame, intumescent strips, seals, hinges, closer, and all ironmongery) - Fit architrave and skirting to match existing - Prepare and decorate all new joinery to a high standard Compliance & Certification: - All works must comply with UK Building Regulations (Approved Document B) and relevant standards (e.g. BS 8214 via BSI Group guidance) - Provide certificate of installation/compliance for fire safety on completion - Alternatively, coordinate with Building Control for inspection and sign-off if not registered under a competent person scheme

I have 2 internal doors that need hanging

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

Door handle in bathroom wasn’t installed properly so the handles are loose on both sides and come out whenever pulled on.

My suspended glass bathroom door has slipped down in it's bracket on one side. I need someone with experience to reset it. As the photos show there is only a small access space. This glass cannot be reset by tightening the nuts at top - I have already tried this. Please only make an offer on this task if you are sure how to do it and have the appropriate tools as this door is extremely heavy.
