I have two windows that are not closing correctly and are in need of maintenance.

Three internal doors in the flat no longer close properly and will likely need adjusting and possibly trimming. I also have one internal door that currently swings inward which I would like changed to swing outward into the corridor. There is an existing door frame that currently holds the door and prevents it opening outward, so the frame may need to be adjusted or partially moved to allow this. In total, this is work on four internal doors.

Everywhere so I also need help removing the mess of it from my windows and re sealing. I also have a rubber seal I would like to attach to the windows that open to hell sound proof it.
