I have 4 internal doors that need cutting down and replacing

Door seem to drop and I does not close. I did a little research and I seem to have flag hinges that need opening and adjusting. Similar concern happened to a window but not to this extend.

The bathroom door rail structure has been damaged and requires replacement.

Sliding door is jammed it doesn’t move only one side of door works (Please im not going to pay £100 for a quick fix of one door 😂) not accepting silly offers

We need the garden door taken off and a side bit as well to be able to get a fridge freezer into the kitchen - the back door has a little ledge. And then have the garden door and post put back on.

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

Job is to swap back and re-hang the internal doors replacing the current fire doors. Including opening up a stud wall and putting double doors in the dining room. The doors are labelled as to which one goes in each room, so they should fit okay. These are the old doors originally present. So each of the doors will need to be re-fitted and all the doorways made good. Just as a note, some of the doorstops may need to be changed. With a few holes being filled where the door closers were. I would expect a job to take two days for someone that knows what they’re doing. Price is for labour happy to pay for any materials required. Just need a hole filled and then painted. I d filled most of the hole just needs to be sanded down evenly and painted have all equipment. Paint both cupboards to match
