Hello there, We’re looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to repair two door issues in our flat: 1. Front Entrance Door – The front door is very difficult to open and close. It has something to do with the hooks. It requires quite a bit of force and pushing to get it open, so we’d like this inspected and repaired. 2. Ensuite Bathroom Pocket Door – The sliding pocket door has become difficult to operate and is currently being kept open temporarily as it can get stuck. internal door won't close because latch is faulty / maybe misaligned or maybe it was painted on hence why it doesn't work now

The rubber seal at the bottom of my bifold doors has come loose and jammed in the rollers, because my doors have dropped. The company the doors came from said ‘Any competent professional glazer should be able to resolve this for you. You will need to contact one and explain that your doors have dropped and need re-toe & heeling.’ This is urgent as currently the doors won’t close, and I am concerned about my security. Bonus points if you have replacement rubber compatible with Smart Systems in case it is damaged. The doors are just under 250cm long. Top part of rubber is 1.5cm, bottom part is 1cm

A small job for an experienced carpenter/joiner to hang a new internal door. The door has already been planed to size and fits the opening, so won’t need any resizing or trimming. I just need someone to: * Fit and recess the hinges into the door and frame. * Hang the door so it is straight, flush and operates smoothly with even gaps. * Fit a pull handle to the door (pull handle only – no latch or lock mechanism). The frame is already in place, and the door is ready to be hung. I’ve attached a photo of the opening. We have a new latch and the installation guide, but after attempting to reinstall it ourselves, the latch mechanism won’t click into place or operate properly. Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

Door handle in bathroom wasn’t installed properly so the handles are loose on both sides and come out whenever pulled on.
