The latch and strike plate don’t align on our child’s bedroom door, and there’s some wood broken off. We’d like a new strike plate fitted that better aligns with the latch so it clicks closed and stays closed, and wood breakage covered up.

Our front door needs a bit of a refresh, so filling past damage, sand back and painting the front along with the door frame itself. Also putting on new handles (regular levers with lock hole - the lock can remain). No need to paint the inside. We also had someone fit our internal doors but they’ve messed up a bit with the latches (they chiselled a bit too deep) where we want them flush with the door edge and then a bit of sanding/touch ups with the door frames (only 2 doors, but 3 door frames for this part). Also a bit of 'cleaning' of the glass in the door frames which have old paint on them. We then need some painting touch ups in the hallway (light scuffs) and bedroom (skirting boards).

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

My suspended glass bathroom door has slipped down in it's bracket on one side. I need someone with experience to reset it. As the photos show there is only a small access space. This glass cannot be reset by tightening the nuts at top - I have already tried this.
